DELIOS is a French-run company based in Singapore who has been in charge, since its inception in 2002, of the business development of French food manufacturers in the Asia-Pacific region. Thanks to a global approach of the export process, DELIOS offers a one-stop solution to its partners.
Sébastien Lay
Owner and Director
Sébastien has 20 years of experience in the business development of French food in the Asia-Pacific region. After 7 years with Isigny Ste Mère, during which he travelled to most continents to develop the international presence of the cooperative from Normandy, he decided to set up his own company with the mission to support French food exporters in their Asia-Pacific development.
Singapore was chosen as the company base due to its location and excellent infrastructures.
Julien Etienne
Regional Sales Manager
Julien has been working with DELIOS since 2008 and is now in charge of the business development in Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan.
He lives in Tokyo and is in charge of the Japan office. He is fluent in Japanese and English.
Marc Vigouroux
South East Asia Sales Manager
Marc is based in DELIOS Singapore office and he is in charge of the business development for
South-East Asia. He previously worked in India for 2 years as Business Development Coordinator.
Gilian Bittoun
China Mainland Sales Manager
Gilian is in charge of the business development for DELIOS brands in Mainland China and is based in Shanghai. He previously worked as a Brand Coordinator for one of the biggest fine food importer-distributor in China. Gilian has been living in China for the past few years and speaks fluent French, English and Mandarin.
Josephine Simphal
Marketing & Customer Service Manager
Josephine is based in DELIOS Singapore office and she is in charge of Marketing and Customer Services for the APAC region. Josephine previously worked in London, Paris and Hong Kong in Marketing and Communication in the luxury and media industries.
