The Executive Pastry Chef invites customers to savour and share Michel Cluizel Chocolates at The Excelsior Hong Kong

From February 15 to March 21, 2016, the Excelsior Hong Kong & its Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Chiu invite their customers to savour Michel Cluizel chocolates during a “Make a Wish Afternoon Tea”. Customers who purchase the tea set composed of mini pastries created with Michel Cluizel Chocolate Couvertures are given wish cards to write down their wishes and hang them on the Michel Cluizel “wish tree”. They are also invited to participate in a photo contest to have the chance to win a Michel Cluizel gift box made up of dark and milk ganaches, pralinés and Plantations Chocolates.

Michel Cluizel is honoured to be part of this inspiring Excelsior Afternoon Tea concept which is an excellent opportunity for Chefs from hotels, fine-dining restaurants and bakeries to express their creativity while using premium ingredients!
