Public demonstrations on Isigny Sainte-Mere products conducted by Chef Nagai in Taiwan

Public demonstrations on Isigny Sainte-Mere products were provided by Chef Noriyuki Nagai from March 28th to April 1st in Taipei, Taichung and Tainan. Co-organised with the Japanese Dairy Company Takanashi, the event was the occasion for Chef Nagai to develop customized applications and further nourish artisan and Pastry Chefs’ understanding and knowledge of Isigny Sainte-Mere products (AOP butter, UHT cream, fromage blanc).
