Regent Taipei Taiwan introduced Michel Cluizel Christmas creations (Nov 2014)
Regent Taipei organized a press conference on 12th November in order to introduce its Christmas creations which were jointly developed between Regent pastry team and Michel Cluizel chef, Jordi Puigvert (visit Jordi's Facebook page). About 30 recipes were made from scratch during the 3 days leading to the presentation, all using Michel Cluizel couvetures and praliné. It was a good opportunity for Regent pastry team to work with Jordi who is always looking for new ways to express his creativity while using premium ingredients. More than 20 journalists attended the event.
