Isigny Sainte Mere and Michel Cluizel private trainings with Jordi Puigvert in Taipei (Taiwan-November 13th & 14th 2014)

Chef Jordi Puigvert provided 1 day of hands-on personalized training to each of 2 of Isigny Sainte Mere and Michel Cluizel’s customers in Taiwan. The recipes were tailor-made according to customers requirements and helped them to better understand the added value of Isigny Sainte Mere dairy products (AOP butter, UHT cream, fromage blanc) and Michel Cluizel premium chocolates as well as their endless possible applications.
