International Chefs Training took place at Manufacture Cluizel in May 2016!

Like every year, Michel Cluizel renewed its International Training at the Manufacture in France (Damville, Normandy), an hands-on course animated by Chef Jordi Puigvert entirely dedicated to Pastry Chefs coming from all over the world (Australia, Switzerland, UK, USA, etc.)

In regards to Asia-Pacific, this year, Michel Cluizel was pleased to welcome Pastry Chefs from Australia, China and Taiwan to attend the one-week training. Beyond presentations of Michel Cluizel’s new collections for 2016-2017, Chefs were given practical information and new pastry techniques on how to use products. The training was also a great chance to interact, share good practices between Chefs and further inspire their creativity!
